Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 6 months of cleaning experience
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to speak an additional local language
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours

- Previous experience in retail store cleaning
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the store, shop floor, and communal areas before store opening hours.
- Develop cleaning routines to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the store.
- Keep the canteen and restrooms clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Be available during store hours to handle immediate cleaning tasks as needed.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment for specific tasks.
- Clearly display wet floor signs while cleaning.
- Offer friendly, professional assistance to customers.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations in all duties.
