Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience within a Vitamins or Health environment
- Proficient in English
- Competent in MS Office software
- Strong numerical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in BSc Biomedicine, BSc Biotechnology, or a related health field
- Experience in retail sales
- Familiarity with the health industry, including vitamins, supplements, or health foods
- Proficiency in a second language widely spoken in the area
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and advising shoppers
- Support stock organization and management to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain well-stocked and attractive merchandise displays in the health section
- Notify management of any price discrepancies
- Follow store layouts and guidelines specific to the Health Department
- Ensure promotional and broadsheet items are effectively displayed and available
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the team, brand, and vendors
- Stay updated on new products and lines in the health sector
- Adhere to all departmental procedures, including stock control and weekly returns
