We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will assist our Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, and Property Management divisions, as well as leasing units, by addressing all maintenance inquiries and ensuring that all work activities are accurately documented in our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintenance Administrator:

  • Processing all logged maintenance and service requests.
  • Coordinating and securing approval for quotes, followed by arranging for contractors to visit the site.
  • Communicating with relevant parties regarding contractor site inspections.
  • Managing all cases and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Conducting daily follow-ups on quotes, inquiries, and job statuses, while updating the respective management systems.
  • Keeping all administrative records current.
  • Responding to all email inquiries promptly.
  • Updating the asset register program, including the addition of new items as necessary.
  • Addressing emergency cases as swiftly as possible.

Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate; a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with planning and scheduling principles related to maintenance practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets is a plus.

We provide our staff at Claremont with barista-quality coffee available throughout the day.

Regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, including a 45-minute lunch break. Employees may, with their direct manager’s approval, work flexible hours between 07:00 and 18:00.
