Your Duties and Responsibilities…
A: COMPLETING MAINTENANCE PLANS AND TASKS AS DIRECTED
Review the job book, fitness checklist, and open/close MOD checklist for any issues.
Execute tasks from the RAP sheet in accordance with brand standards and within specified timeframes.
Address breakdowns and incidents as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Receive directives during daily meetings with the Maintenance Technician or Manager.
Implement preventative maintenance and service plans.
Actively participate in the repair of all equipment and facilities, including outdoor areas.
A1: Fulfill daily responsibilities in alignment with established timelines and standards.
A2: Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain good general housekeeping practices.
Ensure work areas are clean, hygienic, safe, and organized.
Properly store tools, consumables, and equipment.
Familiarize oneself with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Seek clarification regarding the correct usage and storage of any equipment or consumables related to health and safety.
B. Assisting with Maintenance Administration
B1: Manage stock control
Regularly monitor frequently used consumables.
Notify management of the need for replacements.
