Dis-Chem Pharmacies require a Packer for their De Wiekus store. Maintain the environment friendly and correct receiving and packing of stock in line with Dis-Chem trendy operational processes and necessities and client wishes inside the Store
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum of 6 months’ applicable retail receiving experience
Basic mathematics
Computer literate – MS Office
Willing and capable to work retail hours
Job Specification…
Remove inventory from provider transport vehicle
Verify that all products/items acquired are effectively allocated
Handle items with care to minimise inventory harm and non-public injury
Sort and pack unique merchandise and articles onto their personal pallets, to facilitate checking in of goods
Identity any discrepancies such as damaged, misplaced goods, incorrect labels and file the problems accordingly
Work with the Receiving Clerk to kind stock, and aid with the checking process
Pack inventory precisely and effectively into cabinets or onto a pallet
Complete an administrative structure and whole organisational formalities for damages/accidents that came about whilst packing in accordance to Dis-Chem SOPs
Competencies
